- Finalize installation of additional software for Finance-SJYC. Problem with UPS it keep on squealing. Pull out the UPS, most likely battery problem.
- Respond to MSD-MCB, she cannot find her links in IE. Haven't thought to backup links, or dont know. Restore her links manually with her help of course (shes the only one who know what sites shes visiting!). Install text twist for her off hour pasttime.
- Check and tried to back-up ESD-RC toshiba laptop. He complained of system and application slow down and requested for re-installation of OS and applications. He did not provided the restore cd.

- Back up files of RMD-SA from his Acer F1 to network drive, replace with IBM Think Center PC from training. Clean up unnecessary files, partition the drive, update anti-virus and restore files from back-up. Run online ewido anti malware to check for spywares.
- Same as above for Finance-SJYC but old computer is a Pentium III
- Same as above for MSD-MCB but instead of replacing her Acer F1, I reinstalled Win2K.
